These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of BuildFlowIQ, including our website, platform, AI-powered features, subscriptions, exports, and related services.

By accessing or using BuildFlowIQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About BuildFlowIQ

BuildFlowIQ is an AI-native Initiative Intelligence Platform. It helps users plan initiatives through stages such as Discovery, ValidationIQ, ResearchIQ, SimulationIQ, Strategic Recommendation, Blueprint, Artifacts, and ProjectIQ.

BuildFlowIQ is not legal, financial, investment, compliance, medical, tax, HR, or professional advisory software. It provides planning assistance and AI-generated outputs for user review.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use BuildFlowIQ on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration

You may need an account to use BuildFlowIQ. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials secure
  • All activity under your account
  • Ensuring users in your workspace follow these Terms
  • Not sharing access with unauthorized users
  • Not using another user’s account without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Plans, and Generation Units

BuildFlowIQ may offer Trial, Individual, Team, or other plans.

Some plans may include Generation Units, usage limits, workspace limits, user limits, export limits, or feature restrictions.

Generation Units may be consumed when AI generation, regeneration, repair, evaluation, artifact creation, or other AI-powered actions are performed.

We may modify plan features, usage rules, limits, and pricing from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated where required.

5. User Content

“User Content” means information, prompts, initiative details, documents, files, answers, comments, uploads, business context, and other material you submit to BuildFlowIQ.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant BuildFlowIQ a limited right to host, process, transmit, analyze, display, generate outputs from, and otherwise use User Content as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • You have the rights to submit the content
  • The content does not violate law or third-party rights
  • The content does not contain prohibited or unauthorized sensitive data
  • The content is appropriate for use with AI-powered tools
  • Your organization has approved any confidential or regulated data submitted

6. AI Outputs

BuildFlowIQ may generate outputs such as summaries, validation results, research reports, scenarios, strategy recommendations, Blueprints, artifacts, execution plans, risk lists, requirements, workstreams, and other planning content.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for reviewing, validating, editing, approving, and deciding whether to use any output.

BuildFlowIQ outputs, validation scores, readiness signals, scenarios, recommendations, and ProjectIQ outputs are planning aids. They are not guarantees of business, legal, technical, financial, compliance, investment, HR, operational, or delivery outcomes.

7. No Professional Advice

BuildFlowIQ does not provide legal, financial, tax, HR, employment, investment, medical, compliance, engineering, security, or professional advice.

You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require expert review, regulatory compliance, legal interpretation, employment action, financial commitment, or technical certification.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BuildFlowIQ to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or infringing content
  • Generate malware, exploit code, phishing content, spam, or harmful instructions
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks, or data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, overload, or disrupt the platform
  • Bypass usage limits, billing systems, security controls, or access restrictions
  • Misrepresent AI outputs as independently verified facts
  • Use outputs for high-risk decisions without human review
  • Upload sensitive personal data unless you have authority and appropriate safeguards
  • Use the service to create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading materials

We may investigate and suspend accounts that appear to violate these rules.

9. Workspace Administration

If you create or manage a workspace, you may control user access, roles, initiative visibility, approvals, and usage within that workspace.

Workspace owners and admins may access user activity, initiative content, outputs, exports, and usage data within the workspace.

Organizations are responsible for managing their users and permissions.

10. Intellectual Property

BuildFlowIQ, including its platform, design, workflows, prompts, interface, software, documentation, logos, trademarks, systems, and product architecture, is owned by BuildFlowIQ or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create competing services using BuildFlowIQ’s protected materials except as permitted by these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use outputs generated for you for your internal business or client work, unless restricted by your plan, agreement, or applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

BuildFlowIQ may use or integrate with third-party services, including AI model providers, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, email systems, or export tools.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BuildFlowIQ is not responsible for third-party service failures, changes, outages, or actions outside our control.

12. Beta Features

We may release beta, experimental, preview, or early-access features. These may be unstable, incomplete, inaccurate, limited, or changed at any time.

Beta features are provided “as is” and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice.

13. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep BuildFlowIQ reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, provider failures, security issues, or events beyond our control.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

14. Billing and Payment

Paid plans must be paid according to the selected plan, invoice, or order form.

You authorize us or our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts.

If payment fails, we may suspend or limit access until payment is resolved.

Fees are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any signed agreement or order form.

15. Termination

You may stop using BuildFlowIQ at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Payment is overdue
  • Use creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk
  • Required by law
  • The account is inactive for an extended period
  • We discontinue the service or plan

After termination, access to account data, outputs, exports, and workspace content may be limited or deleted according to our retention practices.

16. Disclaimers

BuildFlowIQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI outputs will be accurate or complete
  • Validation scores or scenarios will predict outcomes
  • Generated plans will produce business success
  • Outputs will meet legal, compliance, financial, HR, technical, or professional standards
  • Any initiative will be successful, profitable, compliant, or deliverable

Use of BuildFlowIQ is at your own risk.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildFlowIQ and Amol Londhe Consulting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, failed initiatives, project delays, or lost opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you to BuildFlowIQ for the service in the three months before the claim arose, or INR [amount], whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BuildFlowIQ, Amol Londhe Consulting, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of law or third-party rights
  • Your use of AI outputs
  • Your business decisions based on platform outputs

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Courts located in Pune, IN will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
