How public updates should be written

State what changed

A useful update names the capability and affected product area rather than hiding the change behind generic release language.

Explain why it matters

The update should connect the feature to the initiative workflow it improves: understanding, planning, execution, adaptation or governance.

Show evidence when useful

Screenshots or product references should demonstrate the shipped behavior when visual proof helps a reader understand the change.
